Organised and professional Virtual Assistant with 10 Years' Experience
I’m Laura and I live in West Sussex with my husband, our two year old daughter and dog.

Prior to moving to West Sussex I lived and worked in London for 10 years as a Personal / Executive assistant across various sectors which has given me a great deal of experience in looking after busy, successful business owners. I take pride in organisation and making someone’s life easier and more productive for them.
I spent five years working at Formula 1 where I supported top level Directors with high level diary management and travel arrangements across numerous time zones as well as 24/7 support to three directors whilst travelling to every Formula 1 race event. It was a hectic few years but I loved it and am fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel and meet some fantastic people.

After taking a couple of years away from the corporate world to set up and run a dog walking business and start a family I have now founded LGVA to enable me to carry on doing what I love – being a PA and raising my family.
